I usually pack my chilli with vegetables and lots of spices. Sometimes the kids will eat it, sometimes they won’t. But if I use this recipe and keep things simple – it almost always gets gobbled up.
I use my Instant Pot for this recipe, but you can make it in a slow cooker or regular ol’ pot and stove too. Whatever works! Remember, aim of the game: easy.
And if you want to do a vegetarian spin, just crumble and fry up a package of tofu instead of the beef. Equally easy and a great option for a Meatless Monday or any other veggie day!!!
Also, does anyone ever spell “chili” right on the first attempt?
